👨‍🍳 Andreas – Executive Chef

Originally from a small village near Limassol, Andreas brings decades of experience from both Cypriot tavernas and Michelin-level Mediterranean kitchens. His approach blends local ingredients with modern flair think grilled octopus with citrus glaze, lamb fillets over pomegranate couscous, or vegan risotto that makes you forget it’s dairy-free.

But Andreas isn’t just about the food. He works directly with clients on custom menus and loves walking the floor to see guests’ reactions firsthand.

🍸 Maya – Mixologist & Bar Manager

Maya doesn’t just make cocktails she tells stories in a glass. Her signature drinks often include herbs grown on-site and infusions she prepares weekly. Whether it’s a lavender gin sour, a coconut espresso martini, or a jalapeño margarita that sneaks up on you her drinks are part of the experience.

She also trains our bar staff on everything from speed pours to guest interaction. Her motto? “Every drink should have a moment.”

🕯️ Alexa – Event Manager & Experience Designer

Planning a wedding? A birthday dinner? A beach proposal with string lights and live cello? Alexa’s your person. With a background in theatre production and event design, she sees each celebration as a story arc with you at the center.

She’s your point of contact from start to finish. She remembers names, notes preferences, anticipates stress points, and solves problems before they exist. Her job is to make your day feel effortless and she’s very, very good at it.

🎧 Leo – Technical Director

If you’ve ever danced at THEA and thought “this sound is perfect” thank Leo. He oversees all AV and lighting design, coordinates with DJs, installs custom setups for events, and makes sure every mic, spotlight, and speaker is ready to perform.

He’s also the guy who’ll quietly fix a cable mid-party and disappear before you notice there was an issue.
